The 3-D Process

Creating a piece of 3-D art takes a number of steps. The first step is the design and drawing stage which can take several weeks to complete. Once the drawing is complete, I print the image onto fine art paper. I then use an X-acto knife to cut out and decorate some of the details. I then assemble the layers and frame the final 3-D art piece.
